Mommy went to my school for a week long health program. She talked about a lot of stuff, and I loved it! It was called ATACANDO la enfermedad. Each word stood for a health topic.
A for Actividad Fisica or Exercise.
T is for Temperancia or Temperance.
A is for Aire Fresco or Fresh Air.
C is for Calor del Sol or Sunshine
A is for Agua or Water.
N is for Nutricion or Nutrition.
D is for Descanso or Rest.
O is for Orar a Dios or Prayer to God.
Atacando la enfermedad means Atacking Illness. Joshua dressed up as a warrior, with a full armor. It was nice!
